Chat Connection

MasterLink Software is online via a Chat connection.  You have several options for activating a chat with our support service:

Using AOL Instant Messenger

From your own AIM buddy list

MasterLink uses the buddy name MLSDG.  Simply start a chat with that name specified, and if an operator is available, you'll get an instant connection.

From www.MasterLinkSoftware.com

At the website, next to the logo on the top of the screen, double click on the Chat Now button.

From within  ASW 8

Click on the Chat icon and you will see the chat window appear.  You can initiate the chat if a tech is available on line.

Using Microsoft Windows Live Messenger

The address to which you will connect is Tim@TheStoneTeam.com. Simply initiate a chat with that address and you will be connected if a support member is available.

We communicate personally.  That means we do not use scripts and auto responders to answer your questions.  We want to be sure we provide you the most accurate answer in the least amount of time !
