Environment / Path

Each individual computer must know where the data files for The Auto Shop Writer  reside.   If you wish to install the executable file at each workstation, thus only transfering data across the network, you will need to set the path at each workstation.

When Path is selected from the Setup Menu option, shows your current path and asks if you wish to change it.  Make a note of it.  Then, if you wish to make a change, the system will popup a browse tree.  You simply select the drive, and then the folder, where the data files are stored.  You will then be asked if you wish to save the information.  Once you do, you will be able to access data on another machine when you are working.
