The "Management System"

Quick Shop Writer resides on your local computers, guaranteeing security, and freedom from internet connectivity issues.  It is natively a multi-user system, with no limits on the number of workstations that can be added.  Available 3rd party, remote access software, is effective for work from home or when traveling.  The QSW design provides the display of large amounts of data on a single screen, with live editing.

The software is updated quarterly, or anytime a bug is found.  Updates are delivered automatically to your data server ( which can be a regular Windows 11 Pro computer ), and then picked up by the workstations.  Updates are included in the SAAS subscription.  

Work Development

For each job, generate a work order that includes parts, detailed descriptions, recommendations, and an inspection checklist. Create estimates, invoices, and technician worksheets. Integrated time-saving features will pinpoint necessary services, provide comprehensive descriptions from an extensive glossary, allow for photo uploads, and enable tracking of work in progress. Full service histories  offer in-depth insights into the vehicle's history. Utilize the appointment scheduler to pre-enter estimates for quick activation upon the client's arrival.

Client Services

Understand your clients and their vehicles in detail, including comprehensive work history, special service notes, and photos. Stay connected through automated emails and texts, offering newsletters and reminders for upcoming services. Leverage your extensive marketing capabilities based on various factors. Ensure convenience with the appointment scheduler for service bookings. Additionally, you can easily send copies of previous work orders via email whenever needed.

Inventory Control

Gain total control over your inventory and non-stocking parts with our comprehensive solution. Enjoy multi-level pricing, UPC support, and robust purchase order management along with streamlined stocking capabilities. Access detailed purchase and sales history, as well as extensive reporting, empowering you to concentrate on efficient stock control.

Utilities

Powerful utilities facilitate customized setups and configurations for an advanced labor glossary system. As a networked solution with no user restrictions, workstations can be individually tailored for printing (local or network), display styles, and more.

Pricing

Quick Shop Writer is offered as a SAAS ( Software As A Service) package.  There is a monthly fee of $ 95, charged securely to a credit card on file.  The simple agreement asks for a 30 day notice if discontinuing the use of the software.  There is no minimum required length for the agreement.    The fee covers installation on your computers via the internet, full support services, and all updates / upgrades to the most current release version.

To initiate the use of the software requires a payment of the first and last month fees, and the completion of a simple information and agreement form. There are no additional, or hidden, fees for the QuickShop Writer package.
